Second Hand Founds

Last Friday I went to a second hand shop nearby in the morning, I got a bit of a shock because the prices had taken a bit of a turn upwards on all that old junk ??? ... if I should pay the price they wanted for a second hand table of a newer date I would rather go out and buy it as new from a store, not much difference in the price that is so cheeky.
There's surely someone who has told them something there isn't right.

Oh well I found a wonderful old book filled with old Familie Journal magazines from 1905, it is in fairly good condition but the price was a bit higher than I thought it was worth because a few pages are loose and some torn, but I just wanted it because I love those old pictures in it and the beautiful gothic writing it is fun to read too.

I also found this funny thing, a hand sewing machine, it uses 4 AA batteries.
I don't know if it works yet, have not had time to look at it, but there is thread, bobbins and needles, it's a fine little piece to use sewing on paper and cardboard, if it works :D

I also found some cardboard children's books I can alter into albums :)
